I had bought this laptop to be used as a convertible, but its too heavy for this usage, can't use more than 1 hour or so. Purchased from Croma on Dec 2022 with Extended warranty of 3 years. I used a friends combo of macbook air and ipad... it was much better than I expected. As good as my limited experience with Surface Pro (Apple does beat it in terms of battery life though).

Few dents near vent of chassis, happened when upgrading ram, doesn’t affect performance or structural stability.

Looking to trade my laptop mainly for Macbook M1, or Surface Pro 7 / 8 (keyboard optional, but preferred), or iPad Air with M1. Ofc can pay the difference, if any.

Can ship, but can deal F2F on Bangalore next month end onwards.

Just an Update. The windows partition got borked after a BSOD. Took it to croma where I checked the diagnostics. The drive is fine, the technician told I could reinstall windows (Was told repair might work, or may not work, so fresh install it is).
 
I used the built in Dell supportassist to repair the windows boot, now all my data is there safe and sound. Still available for trade/sale.
Dropping price to 42k + shipping, or F2F deal in Udupi / Mangalore (576104) or Bangalore South (Reasonably close to 560041)
