Yea the Micron E Die is the reason I got the lackluster looking one, but not sure if I want to OC right now.. PSU is 650 W and is 5+ years old, Plus ive got a 1080Ti and gaming at 1080p. Wondering if performance gains from 3600 OC (with involved risks) will make it worth it? Kindly lmk if im mistaken :)

I have r7 2700 with hyperx rgb ram 16gb 3200Mhz C16. my cpu doesn't likes the 3200Mhz so i underclocked it to 2933 at c14 and it works charms. haven't seen any issue so far with any games. I use 2080 super and CPU at 3.5Ghz
I guess if you can undeclock it and reduce timings as low as possible still it would be good.
or if you are adamant on change try getting g skill if you can.
