Storage Solutions Transcend 700 32GB or 780 16GB ? - Plz suggest

Hello friends
My budget is 1000 bucks. Is it worth getting the 780 16gb for performance/speed, compromising storage space or get the 700 32 gb for storage space, and compromise the performance ?.

In simple terms, the difference in performance will outweigh the difference in speed ?.
I also dont know the price of the 780.

I already have a 16GB 700 and it is OK

I also read that the 780 has DDR ram inbuilt in the chip and the drive has a sturdy build .
I will be using the pen drive to create bootable drive using rufus sometimes apart from using it to transfer files ,

Kindly advice as soon as possible. I will be getting it by tomorrow.

Thanx. If there are different colors available, I don't mind going with the same. I am waiting for more inputs.

Finally I ended up getting a 820g which comes with aluminum housing. Transfer speeds are not very impressive but ok. Created a win 8.1 boot with Rufus and it took 3.5 mins in usb 3.0. Is it ok ?
