Storage Solutions Transcend RMA process

I got myself a 32gb class 4 micro sd card from Shopclues in their daily deals in the first week of November. Today all of a sudden the memory card isn't being recognized in any of my systems. I understand Accel frontline handles rma for Transcend in India. How long would it take typically to rma this memory card? Are there are any processes I should be aware of?

The last time I visited Accel here in Pune, in October, I found out out that they had stopped Transcend rma service and did not know who currently does it.
A guy told that there was another service centre in Dhankawadi, Pune but did not know its name.
Better just give Accel a call before wasting a trip.

Anyway, regarding the procedure, there is no procedure as such, just submit the defective card take the challan and call them after about 2 weeks to check the status.

I'm in a similar position, got a 4 GB dead pendrive and 32 GB microSD card, can you tell me where I can RMA is, Transcend ASS is shit, I call up on the helpline, they ask me to call a number which no one answers, I got their Tardeo number from JustDial/Web, which also no one answers, just let me get this stuff RMA'ed, then I'm gonna screw them as much as possible on FB!
