Transcend Service center in Bangalore?

There is no sound output in both channels of my Transcend T840 mp3 player. I mean there is sound in the left but not through the right. I am using creative ep 630. I tried ep 630 on my comp and it works fine. Though the transcendUSA website claims mp3 products have 2 years warranty, Golcha has mentioned that the product is only under a year long warranty which unfortunately expired 3 months back.. What do you suggest I do??

I have the bill and and the box for the product, and I am sure it's only the prob with the jack as I am able to hear sound from both channels when I don't insert the ear phones' pin completely inside.. :S

Well,there are no service centres in Bangalore !

Dealing is done with the distributor in cities which do not have authorised service centres...

So the if the shop verifies the product as problematic then he sends it back to the distributor and possibly get you a replacement..

This however is IF YOUR PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY !

which it's not and the fact that it was supposedly working fine until now...

So your only option is to get it repaired locally thro' someone who specializes in repairing such stuff !
