Transfering contacts from SE to Nokia

Just bought a Nokia 6303 for my wife.

I would appreciate suggestions on how I can transfer contacts from the phone memory of the SE Z550i to the Nokia 6303.

All options are welcome. I know the straightforward but tedious solution is to transfer in parts to the SIM but it is painful because SIM supports only one number per contact.

Is there some good software that I can use to convert contacts between formats so that I first transfer from SE to PC, then convert format and then transfer to the Nokia?

The SE Z550i should have an option to save all the contacts to a memory card. Look for it inside Contacts. The output file will be a .vcf file.

The problem is Nokia doesn't support multiple entries in a single vcf file.

Once you have it on the memory card, transfer it to your PC and upload it to Google contacts. From there just sync it with your new phone.

If im not wrong you can select the whole contacts and send them to nokia as business cards over bluetooth but you have to go through the tedious process of saving them into contacts in nokia.

Thanks. Would there be a application to convert the vcf file to some other format which the Nokia can then accept as contacts?

I had a tough time trying to transfer contacts from SEw810 to E75.

I suggest u sync contacts with outlook using pc suite.it worked like a charm for me.

The option to save contacts to your mem card in SE and then transfer, doesnt actually work the way you would like it to.
