Treadmill Buying Advice for home

I stay in a society with dedicated club house etc. However, in Covidkaal, I don't want to go to the gym.

I love running so I want to invest in a treadmill for my house.

Key points:
1. Budget is about 25k-30k.
2. I stay in Bangalore so service availability should be there in Bangalore
3. We don't use incline so manual incline is fine don't need auto incline
4. My dad will use it as well, so limit should be 100kg at least
5. Max speed of 12 is more than sufficient
6. Dont need frills like pre designed programs, heart rate and memory
7. Would prefer to buy online from Amazon if possible over offline stores

Preference: No creak and tak-tak while running from the frame, good service availability,

Get a used commercial AC treadmill, much better in the long run.

Better buy a used one offline from OLX to see if you actually use it. 100% of the people I know who bought a treadmill use it as a clothes hanger after few months of purchase. You can always upgrade later if you continue using yours.
