After a long gap, fired up the title once again to begin the DLC and it was addictive to say the least. Sat for a couple of hours and was done with 5 chapters. :P

This time however I did not tag along my co-op partner (a.k.a. roomie) so I had to do all the thinking and solving puzzles myself. Some of them were a bit hard and this time in addition to the regular mechanics involving mass and fluid transfers, the devs. have included heat transfer as well.

I am not kidding when I said that! You have to extinguish flames using the flow of water from a source and by guiding the flow properly. The other puzzles remain the usual crop. But regardless, enjoyable. Surreal 2.5D visuals (the top-end graphics settings from the menu caused a major frame drop to 40’ish fps!) paired with an excellent sound track and a no-frills combat system with easy character switching on the go makes the title playable for the starters. There is also a hint system that can be enabled if the character remains idle for some time. The puzzles would be a lot easier with a co-op partner. With a third character playing the game using an additional controller or the keyboard + mouse, this would be a fun filled title for the weekend - make no mistake. :D

Should wrap up the DLC today evening.

EDIT: Done with the title. The last chapter was pretty short. :P

All in all, a good and short DLC. Must have clocked less than 3 hours.
