Im planning a trip to kashmir with my wife in second week of february.
Ill be visiting Vaishnodevi (Katra) from there plan to visit Srinagar and pehalgaon.
Ill have around 6 days. Im trying to make the plans.
Jammu - Srinagar (Taxi or AC volvo) which is better ?
Good hotels to stay in Srinagar ( < 3K / night ) - near dal lake ?
Also how much can we bargain given itll be off season
Also plan to stay in pehalgaon for 1 night at least.
Will take a flight back from Srinagar.
My main concern is given it is in Feb lot of places might be inaccessible ,
need help from people who went in this time
