Trip to Kashmir..help..

I have planned my trip to Kashmir on 9th april noon. All Tickets are booked. Now, i just want to know what are the best places to visit there? I have also planned for gulmarg, pahalgam and sonamarg.

Firstly, what will be the best way to reach these 3 places?

Secondly, The best area to stay in srinagar with best and decent hotels in range of 3~4k.

Thirdly, if i want to eliminate a place among those 3 pahalgam, gulmarg and sonamarg, what it should be unworth visiting as it will be too tiring. I am going back on 14th noon.
Also tell the place among those three worth spending 2 days as it will be easier for us.

Fourth, the best places to visit in srinagar.

i would recommend skipping pahalgam, ensure u buy gulmarg gandola ride ticket for phase 1 n 2 in advance via internet booking.

And Sonmarg is best of all places in that area, calm beautiful n less crowded.
