Market Feedback Trouble dealing with deep_nx

Looking at all the replies after my post .. none of them were replied to me and only to Udit.

I also spoke to DTDC and they refused that they opened up my package. and that cant be the case either as Roshan recieved it in the same package i sent it in. I usally put alot of tape so there is firmness in the package to handle transistions.

If at all they would open it up they do replace it with their own packaging.

I still believe there must be an wrong connection made or possible overload of PSU.

and I still feel if you had time to comment in so many posts in the Thread, Mine and This one ... you easily could have just dropped "1 Private Message" long back buddy. Its not that you did not try to contact me via phone. But if at any case you wanted to do it on TE. it should have started with a PM.

Do Contact Kaizen.

Its highly improbable that when op connected it to his mac the vibrations were so much that somehow it bent the metal.

the right edge is kind of looking opened.

The onus is on you to prove that when you shipped it was in perfect condition.Do upload more pictures so that other members can have an opinion.

IMHO its best to take back the psu and then give it to kaizen for rma.

so please upload more pictures especially clearly the ones where op has a dispute.
 
is it just me that can see signs of tampering in the pic deep_nx posted?....check at the right edge corner..i can see a lil bulging. :S

nopes .. the pics are way too different ..

the buyer should try to rma .. and i dont think the seller has done anything wrong !!!

You might be right..

But both images, each shared by buyer and seller are of different sides... The pic shared by DEEP seems to be a side which doesnt seem to be tampered... whereas the pic shared by ARJIE is the one which has been tampered. I will request ARJIE to post an image of the other side of the PSU too... If the other side matches with the one shown by DEEP, then IMO the seller should be responsible (as he hasnt posted pics of both sides), if not , then Buyer is at fault.. Just my thinking though..

^ click on the second image in that imgur thing. You will see both the sides posted by arjie. :) One side corsair is written upside down.

Well, deep nx , no one has anything left to doubt you... But I think on TE the product should also be sold compulsory with reference to the serial number mentioned on it and same pics should be uploaded in which serial number can been seen on the product (as done by deep)... It can happen that a seller would post images of a good product but ship the same model but a different product other than shown in the pics...
 
@chiragsthakur ... its pointless blaming or accusing me on every stage or post made by someone and liking it furthermore. this is really not mature of you.

im glad that there are some good members on TE who are taking this issue in a non biased manner. like @gauge

and @chiragsthakur .. why not start by liking the post made by Gauge .. he posted a link of the SN visible ?

pointless being Biased bro ... and dont give reasons that u arent being Biased .. i dont wanna talk about it here and useless spam the thread.

If u feel you are not being Biased .. its ok. keep it with you ... pointless going on liking every post by Roshan and vice versa ..

Hey bro, I tried helping arjie as you were very busy in your work...:no: and such busy that you were not able to receive calls, nor reply via sms... so chill... In my earlier post I have given your example as a good person who has mentioned serial number in pic.. So calm down and rather blaming me, you first try and get the deal sorted... Nor you are someone to me , neither is the buyer.. And basically in online deals, if something goes wrong, its the seller who comes in mind first and then the buyer... So its just a normal way to tackle things... You didnt like my liking arjies posts, here you go , liked your too... ;)

even as a Helper atleast you should have suggested Roshan to send me a simple Free PM rather than you two discussing the outcome which is endless.

and whats the point conering me bud with the S/N needs ?? just dont remove new faults .. i hope you arent studying LAW ?... im just glad i had taken the S/N pic ... or this thread would have been taken to a whole new level of endless suspicion !

Hope you understand Engrazee... I have mentioned you doing good job by posting the serial no. pic.. So I think its just my help to arjies which is bothering you.. Now that you are totally safe, you are coming with comments bro.. So stop your bla bla ... Even in the first post on your sale thread, I have mentioned that you are a trustworthy person acc to your itrust rating.... If not checked then go and read it once... Now you have lots of time to reply on threads...hmmm... nice... A seller should carry his cell phone whichever he has mentioned to a buyer in a fresh deal... why to keep the buyer chasing all the time?? Hope you understand whatever written... I guess, you taking only negative comments in account rather than the ones mentioned after the issue seemed to be sorted...

Huussshh... Mere Bhai I have already mentioned it that there is nothing left wrong on your side...Now where do I find a Facepalm smiley?? :S

Chill now and enjoy TE.. No hard feelings, never did.. A big sorry, if ever you got hurt.. But remember to keep your cellphone with you which you have mentioned to a buyer in a fresh deal..
 
^i don't think we have laid a requirement like that on the TE rules with regard to the snap indicating the serial number. In most cases, hard drives for instance, we tend to erase the serial number from the snap since someone might play around with it for claiming warranty on a similar product, claiming bonus goodies by mentioning the serial number on some site etc.

Apologies if I've missed this but what courier company was used to ship the consignment? Is there anyway we could contact them and find out if they have indeed opened the package? What did the declaration form/docket slip mention this consignment as?
 
May be they thought its a BOMB and might have tried to peek into it to see if a timer is running ... :S

@ Gannu : I agree with you that in case of HDD's the serial number could be used to claim warranty, but on TE, In market thread if pic with serial is made mandatory, then a seller would have both warranty image and the serial number mentioned on the product. Atleast no one from TE is going to believe and deal in HDD's just by depending on the warranty pics.
