Trouble shooting Samsung Galaxy Note 800

Guys,

Just bought the Galaxy Note 800. Wonderful 10.1 inch screen, lean, mean and I LIKE IT.

Wanted to load my downloaded movies ( .mkv HD movies) and watch them while on travel ( which is often!)

Figured out that I need Samsung Skies to do the transfer from my desktop.

Desktop has a Windows XP Spack3. No matter what, it doesnt recognize the MTP device.

Did trouble shooting on Skies, tried reinstalling the drivers.... Nothing helped.

Any way to solve this issue?.... Suggest if I have any other way of transferring the files.
 
Thanks Vivek... BUT, three dots at top?...
When I go to Storage, it opens the device memory details with the split of the total space. No dots anywhere...

When I do got to Storage settings..It says USB PC connection with 2 options
1.Media Device (MTP)
2. Camera(PTP)

Desktop is able to recognize the device as a camera (PTP) but not as an MTP. And as PTP, I cant copy movies.

Please help
