I have a AMD Fx(tm) - 6100 Six Core Processor 3.3 GHZ with 8 GB Ram along with an NVDIA GT 630 graphic Card. My computer was fine for a year after I got it assembled but crashed a few months ago.

Was told that the problem was with the Motherboard which I gave for service and they rectified it. Changed my RAM as well. But still almost no game works on my PC. Either some error while installation or game exists while playing. My system crashes atleast 2-3 times a day. I am unable to find out where the problem is with my internal Hard disk or Motherboard or RAM or Graphic Card.

Would be very grateful if anyone could help me out. If you need any screenshots, pls let me know what is required and I will provide the same.

Get your graphics card checked and also check your power supply.
Perform memcheck on your rams
Check for bad sectors in your hard disk.
Give your full system configuration here mentioning the age of each component.

What do you guys mean by check my Power Supply ? I have a CorsAir SMPS.
Either system just hangs or I get Blue Screen crashes.

You dont have to post your system info. in so much detail.
Btw your motherboards Serial number (motherboard): MB-1234567890 ??? Sounds really strange.

What smps model you have? Mention it.

Have check your components one by one on your friends pc. esp. ram and graphics card.

Use HD Tune Pro and Hard Disk Sentinel to view your hard drives health status.

If above components work fine on your friends pc then the culprit can be your mobo or proccy.

It may also happen that all hardware is fine but some driver is conflicting within the os itself hence you are facing issues.
