PC Peripherals Troubleshoot !!!

switched on the power of the pc in the morning .. and then the pc just wouldnt startup...

there was a beep .. different one .. never heard before !!!

it was like normal display problem beep ie .. 4 beeps and after interval of around 10 sec single beep occurs !!!

what was the problem ??? .. mobo ?? gpu ?? psu ??

tightend ever pin .. removed every single h/w one by one and then when i was about to change the gpu .. suddenly pc starts ??

but still .. want to know where was the fault !!!

Chip creep. Happens at times. I guess.

Should not be a major worry if it works now, if the condition returns then try to debug

test GPU on some other PC.

yea its working fine .. but wanted to know where the fault was !!!

initially i thought im doomed .. .. gpus gone (coz i never heard a beep like that before)

gpu is new not even a year old !!!

anyways .. anyone ever came across this kind of beep please tell wheres the fault !!!
