Carrier is AT&T for sure, what do you mean by activated, it was JBen and unlocked on the older version, but now he has updated it to 4.2.1 with 5.15.04 baseband iirc, and its stuck with the 'connect to itunes' requesting a valid sim and unlock pin, do you think you can get it unlocked?

@vivek.krishnan - checked the site, they dont have the 3G variant listed.
