What is the best tool to try Windows 11 in Windows 10 ? Do VMware and VirtualBox have a free version ? Which one is easier ? Thanks.

Yes both are available free... VMware Player or VirtualBox

You can run Windows 11 in a window on top of Windows 10.

Why not just create a backup of your OS, enable dev releases and try it out. It’s mostly stable anyways

I have not used VirtualBox with windows guests but with Linux it was almost plug and play.
