31-40k Trying to build a pc

I'm trying to build a pc with a limited budget but since I'm can only go for am4 I'm thinking of ryzen 5 5600 or 5500 and a msi b450 motherboard with a 6700xt graphics card. Should i do this or buy an am5.i need a setup without including a graphics for 30-40k and a budget of 20k for the graphics card so what do i do
 
Is you primary goal gaming? Will you be using it for other purposes?
Do you already have a monitor, if so what resolution? Else, should the monitor be included in the 30-40k budget?
 
I think there is chance for better deals to be found in Intel 1700 gen boards + cpu.. since the issues, their stock is downhill in both used/new market.
