TuneUp Utilities 2009 gets a major update to build 3100

Incase many of you might have missed it, TuneUp Utilities 2009 has been regularly getting minor updates with improvements to its existing features. Although not many new features have been added, but this has to be considered a major update. TuneUp is now Vista SP2 compatible, and doesn't proceed with the installation if it detects Windows 7.

The favorite system management app just got better.
