PC Peripherals TV card and DVD burner Help !

Hello Guys,

Iam planning of buying a TV card and also DVD burner.

TV Card :

Does internal ( those which use processor ) TV tuner cards affect the PC during
rainy seasons and whenever there is a leakage in the Cable ??

Is it better to use TV to VGA converter means the external TV tuner box ??

If internal is preferrable ?? whether to go for USB or the PCI interface .. ?? performancewise vs pricewise. Which are the best brands with model no.

And for DVD burner .. i would be going for BENQ 1640 . How much does it cost in
DELHI or NOIDA ???

For TV Tuner Card
Compro Videomate PVR/FM [Internal PCI based card]
Internal is better as what i feel
Also the cost is Rs 1795 @ MediaTech India

For DVD Writer , Benq DW 1640
Rs 2900 - 3200
 
But i heard that internal TV cards cause problems in rainy season .. in addition to that

the processor needs to be running while you watch TV .
