Nothing.

The TV needs to play all format from usb. Also this TV is basically for my parent, so it will be mostly for DTh and movie.
Also is LED a better choice or LCD. Sound quality should be good or crystal clear.

42 inch will be preferred.

None really to be honest. I'd say, take a portable drive filled with the content you intend to watch, head to the nearest outlet that stocks these HDTVs and do a demo. Opt for a factory reset if you wish to see how they perform OOTB when installed at your residence.
