Alrite, leaving apart the fact that i am a guy who will vouch for the PVR-150 
, from the choices u gave and based on the posts by Gowtham, i would suggest u go for the Leadtek WinFast TV2000XP Global. As gowtham said, its a good card with good software as well, so better go for it than some unknown ones...
If you need the PVR-150, contact Supra or just raise a WTB thread in Market and u should get replies from members very soon.

Guys, i think Neomustdie is selling a PVR-150 with all accesories. Grab it before it goes off.
And Sato, i am not sure about the Genie, but you can contact a guy who is selling the same in Market Section if it works without a PC.
