Nokia 3250 review- aka911.
Intro
We all know 3230 was a failure. Even though IT was sold in huge quantities,It was ridden with problems.
Now comes alomg 3250, supposedly 3230's successor, but having nothing in common with the infamous sibling..........
But be sure, this phone has enough fire-works to generate a lot of hot-talk.
3250 is the 1st S60 phone to be based on Symbian 9.1. It has an interesting "twist" design as u can see below:

anyways if I keep on talkin like this, it will take a lot of time. so I will just post the pros and cons , and well a comparo with N91,W800i and my trusty Cd walkman 511.
1> "twist design". It is "pro" fr some people.
2) Loud LOUDSPEAKER. It is the best I have heard ever. It is better then 6270 and 6681. It has the same volume as W550i, but whereas W550i is screechy and irritating, 3250 is loud and thumping..........
N91 by the way has same quality loudspeaker, which impossibly is even louder..... I am worried that if I keep playin it at full volume, it might just blow itself off
3)Music: 3250 plays Music usin hs20 + ad40 headset
Ad40 allows you to plug in any earphone similar to what w800i does.
now fr the music quality as I personally feel:::
W800i surely had the best bass, but the volume could have been louder
3250 lacks bass(again Nokia!) but is so loud even through the earphones that if it is playin full sound with earphones plugged in then u and ur 3 friends can hear it.Qualty is surely lackin.
N91 has the perfect mix of quality and volume. It is almost perfect.It has the same quality as W800i(a little less bass) nut much better volume......
The "Hs-20" as shown in the pic has dedicated play,pause,ff, buttons that make it a joy to use, when the phone is in your pocket......
The camera is 2mp, lacks Af and Flash. It is just average when compared to N70 which has a good 2mp camera. I will be posting the pics soon..........
The joystick is a pain in a@@. really It is stupid. if I sell off my phone This will be the single biggest reason.It is very hard and hurts ur fingers........
Batt life is outstanding. It lasts 3 days with moderate use ... Nokia have done well here!
It is the 2nd Nokia (after 6270)with usb PLUG and play and support fr usb 2.0
No drivers are needed at all........ transfer speed is 1mb/sec
reception and call quality are as usual top class....
The twist design looks solid but worries me.... It may become loose.............
p.s. I am very sorry I am postin a review in such a way , but I do not have much time.... I will update it when possible....
V-imp>>>> 3250 is not compatible with ANY symbian software out there. Sofware fr 9.1 are still being developed.......... . Pls do pay attention to this point if u r out to buy this phone.
