Looks like quite a few of us have bought the Dell U2311H so this might be of some help to you guys.
Out of the box Brightness & Green level are not right
Default Brightness at 75 gives 242 cd/m^2 to get to 150 cd/m^2 we need to reduce brightness to 30.
Set LCD to Custom (RGB) preset mode
and adjust Green to 94 Blue to 99
This is the result u get
Now for the calibration results
As u can see there is very little diff from the uncalibrated & calibrated but Delta E of 0 & 0.1 is excellent for this monitor.
Attaching ICM file if ne one needs it.
