Android Ubislate 3G 7 tablet Review & from where to buy?

The new Ubislate 3G 7 tablet is released and I am actually not able to decide will be good enough to gift it to my brother who's a class 12th student.
Please guide me of its useful specs for students (mainly) & a good price comparison.
 
Help me to know the HP Slate 7 Voice Calling Tab review & price so that I can buy it for my brother. Although I am also looking for UbiSlate 3G 7 tablet but i need supportive comments for HP, as I am already a HP laptop satidfied customer.
