Ubisoft Game Launcher error

Guys i am getting this error in Assassins Creed II as well as Assassins Creed Brotherhood.

I tried reinstalling the game but no help.Re-installed 3 times already.

I just can't get pass through this I dont know what to do I was playing multiplayer in ACB it crashed while playing and now i can't. Please help its very irritating :@, I have to play multiplayer with my brothers.
 
Seems like some registry entries have gone bad for the game try to install to a different directory or delete the registry entries for the game
 
I tried reinstalling no help. dinjo i deleted the registry and now it is giving Error Code 1 instead of Error Code 2.
 
I'll quote a post from Ubisoft's forum member:

you must first Manually delete the entire 'Ubisoft Game Launcher' folder, e.g. like from C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher. Also remove it from Control Panel----> Add or Remove programs/Programs & Features. Make sure the UbisoftGameLauncher is fully removed from these locations, BEFORE installing it again.

After that again reinstall the Game Launcher from the game's folder. Did you download this game from Steam ? STEAM's path should be something similar like this e.g.: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\The Settlers 7\Redist\GameLauncher\UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe.

OR, you can reinstall the 'GameLauncher' software from here:

http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe

If the above methods still don't work, then you can also try deleting the 'Registry' entries of the Launcher, and then do a reinstall of the Game Launcher file. (i.e. remove it from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher, or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher.)
