Hey all,

I've got hamachi and i play fifa 07 (and a lil cs) regularly... the thing is, i'm not able to play UEFA using hamachi. Isn't there any patch available... or is there any other method ???

does anyone here play UEFA????

all fifa games are same & crappy. nothing changes except the roster & 1 new stupid feature they add every year.

btw... the game's quite nice... WAY better than fifa 07... at least world class isn't a joke in UEFA...the ultimate challenge mode is remniscent of FIFA World cup 06... where u could relive (replay) classic matches YES including Istanbul 05!!! nice game, decent replay value...if ur into soccer... as for comparrision with PES can't say... haven't played em....

screenies coming soon... but why don't you'll check EA's site for them? pretty cool screenies there.....
 
i haven't played a football game online ever?
How is it like??? R all players controlled by humans?
i suggest that we should decide a football game to play online and then we can play using hamachi with other TE members!
 
It's pretty good... provided u have a decent internet connection...(read at least 256 kbps)

NO all the player's aren't controlled by humans.... it's one on one... each controls one team 9duh.. obviously [:D]

it's fun playing online... definitely better than playing against the stupid AI...

just try to research somewhere and see how we can play... in the meanwhile if u wish to play fifa 07... i'm available....
 
i just got it yest...

My POV :

seriously... everything apart from the gameplay is superb.

the manager getting emails, newspaper headlines abt chelsea..(err ur club), etc etc is just very well done...(i know it was there in previous EA soccer games as well) but start playing a game of soccer and you realize the massive difference in PES and an EA soccer franchise...

the amazing thing is that i play PES 5 at a res of 640*480 (yeah, go n laugh abt it... but i own a fx 5200 :( ) and i played CL 07 at 1024*768...and still found PES better in terms of graphics as well...

for eg : makelele looks 20 years younger than he actually is .

just got it for a friend...and gonna give it to him.

mostly im not gonna play the game again.

Edit : why dont they include all that extra frills of CL'07 or fifa '07 in PES ? would make it so much much much more enjoyable.. :huh:

i need to get my hands on a PES.... EA has only frills it would seem :D

but seriously.. any clue as to how to play this game online??? rather over hamachi???

Oh so true. I just played Fifa 07 and Fifa street 2 for the PSP. The last FIFA I played was fifa98, then 03 and then nothing after that. But lots of people said that the new one is as good if not better than latest PES version. Damn, they were a waste of bandwidth. I almost threw my PSP across the room while playing FIFA07 (but it did look slick - the menus, music, commentary etc).

I agree that the player animations and movement animations are much better in PES. PES doesn't have all the frills as the EA games because EA has a deal with FIFA whereas Konami has a deal with FIFPro (which is, from what I can understand, a subset of FIFA). And it is bloody difficult to find an option file without some fool fiddling with the original stats.
The only thing I really miss after going back to PES after one weekend of FIFA is the commentary. ("Maybe he wasn't hungry enough for the goal" just doesn't cut it anymore). Also, FIFA Street has a lot of potential. The game is too simplistic as of now. Just mashing on the /_\ button and then the O button and you are done. HOpe the next version is better.

Also two questions about UEFA 07. How much of an improvement gameplay wise over fifa 07? And how is the co-op?
 
PES just rulzzz!!!!..:ohyeah: .Am a FIFA buff since Fifa 97 but just 1 mnth back got my hands on PES...n it is truly superb!!!.:tongue: .N guess wot???...i made it 2 d top3 at ESWC in Bangalore!!!..:rofl:
