Ultra Quiet Fans + Fan Controller

Got a Q9550 and had to flash my bios to Evaluation version to recognize E0 Stepping ..but in process the my Case Fans are running @ full speed and the noise is driving me crazy:rolleyes: ..looking for so ultra quiet fan so that i can sleep @ night peacefully (did i mention my PC is running 24 X 7)....so requirement is as below

1) 2/4 Case Fans 80/92mm (already have 1 CM LED & Delta 120mm ) can be LED/Non LED doesn't matter
2) Fan controller (4/6 controllers 3.5/5.5" bay)

Have been there already and almost finalized this

thought will check TE if any one wants to get rid of there FAN+Controller before purchasing ..any ways my friend is going to Chandigarh next week so ask him to pick 1 personally if nothing comes up here :bleh:
