Unable to auto-redial BSNL 3G connection

I am using E173 modem with BSNL 3G. From the day before yesterday I am getting frequent disconnection in night. I have changed in the properties of the connection to auto redial in case of disconnection but it is not working :( Any command or option to redial from Mobile partner itself ?

Use "Reconnect" software along with Windows dialer.. It should work fine.

I am using the same with MTNL (UMG 1831) sim and no issues so far.
 
CiDial can be used to reconnect the net automatically. Works fine.

OT: Just does not work for me :( Nothing works. I hope mobile partner had an option to reconnect
 
Tried both the softwares. Neither one works :(

I guess its because the username and password field is blank ?
 
you could try getting it done.

check out the device manager

find your modem in it.

check for the properties and copy the extra initialisation commands.

now make a separate connection from windows.

choose the installed modem.

enter the extra initialisation commands in thea modem properties.

make a reconnection settings in that windows dialer.

you are all set :)

just untick the prompt for username pass and dialing number. Then your problem will be solved. :)
 
^ I couldn't find the extra initialization in device manager.

And there's no prompt for username and password option in reconnect/cidial
