Unable to boot Google chrome OS from Pendrive

Today for the first time ever i wanna taste google chrome os but hell, not succeeding.:@

So downloaded the image file for usb boot from Chromium OS builds by Hexxeh

and followed all the steps (just 3 steps). I used my transcend jetflash 8gb pendrive for the purpose.

The image writing goes smooth and perfect using the recommended Windows32diskimager.

But when i tried booting from the pendrive, it give the following error:

[attachment=10365:17256.attach] and the keyboard numlock light keeps blinking. I waited for 20mins but as per the error i guess it wont boot any further.

Then i again reboot to xp and under MMC found the following:

[attachment=10364:17255.attach] It creates a partition of 1.91gb which too appears to be 100% empty and obviously cant be accessed via my computer.

[attachment=10366:17257.attach] But under Paragon partition manager it shows that boot partition are properly crated with valid data inside.

The downloaded image isnt corrupted and still i re-downloaded other images but same issue arises, cannot boot.

Also i heard chrome flow os works good but i dint found a single link of downloading flow os and always end up on this very site of vanilla os. WTH?

Is there anybody on te here who have tried successfully running google chrome via usb that too on a amd platform?

And a workable chrome os name please.

I have tried it, but have not yet as of now recieved any errors. Could you list the specs of the machine that you are using for booting chromiumOS?

OK, have not yet tested it on an AMD platform, as of now. Only ran it on my C702TU and the Dell E4310 and an older HP 2510p. In case of the C702TU everything works but the wifi, got a workaround by using the Dell mini image with the broadcom wifi drivers. As for the rest, great OOTB experience.

Also, the partitions, they are correct. No issues with them.
