Unable to connect to icicidirect thru jio wifi

I am facing a peculiar problem. I am not able to connect to this site icicidirect thru wifi from jio fiber.
But when I connect thru personal hotspot (airtel) the website is connected.
This is happening from last few days.
How does a wifi connection matter to connect to a particular site?

https://www.icicidirect.com/ opens with JioFi (not Jio Fiber) for me.

It’s protection. The icici imobile app sometimes require mobile data to login, wifi doesn’t work. Because wifi can be insecure, middle man attack.

ICICI has some sort of stupid network blocks in place. Wondering who their network security person is.

At one point, it was inaccessible from clients Airtel broadband as well. They had to use hotspot to access.

I had same issue when double nat

Are you connecting directly via jio default router or you using any 3rd party router or pfsense

I have the default jio router. No pfsense. From jio router to ubiquity wifi router connected by ethernet. This was working well for more than one year. Suddenly it started problems
