Unable to get pin2 code from Docomo Cust. Care

I want pin2 code and puk2 code as my pin2 code got blocked while activating fixed dialing.

called tata cc & got this answer--

"we only have puk code, rest all codes like pin, pin2 & puk2 are related to your phone and you might get them in your phone manual. A sim card only has a puk code which is all needed to unlock your sim" :@:@

I bashed him saying "i'm a cellphone user for 11yrs and dont teach me where to look out for what. All other operators give all codes to their customers, now what kind of network are you running which does not have a puk2 & pin2 code?? Is my cell mad or either your service is pathetic and so tata employed some 1/2 brained illiterates like you here"

CC-" Bhadakne se kya hoga? Nahi hai to nahi hai."

I called them 3rice and got same response.



Any docomo user here who ever got a puk2 or pin2 code from the cc? Can you plz help me out to get my?

My sim isnt blocked but now this thing is bothering me & have no docomo gallery nearby as i'm in a remote place.
 
The CC is sticking to their word.
They are" keeping it simple & silly" :P
you have to go to their gallery. There is no other way i guess.

i had a chat with their online representative, even he said the same thing--its handset related

Thanks for warning me. I'll never do anything which might lead to blocking of the Sim. :P

Trying hard to port out into Reliance still nothing has happened. :( But then, Reliance CC is even worse.

As far as you have all the codes handy, you can play safe.

But docomo is seriously pathetic and useless in this case.
 
i think it is a combination of handset and sim.

but the CC is supposed to give the PUK2 code.

i had that generated when i had fiddled with my dads vodafone card.

but i know of other CC which refuse to give out PUK2 code mainly for theft reasons.

so going to their gallery is your best option

I sent my brother to docomo cc here in mumbai for the PUK2 code.

He first called the helpline to get the address of docomo gallery. He got one of santacruz.

Poor fella went there & was shocked, it was photon gallery and not docomo gsm thx to @ssh0le customer care helpline:@. He was now given bandra, hill rd. gallery address.

There, all the cc guys were dressed casually--jeans, tshirts, a gal in boobs revealing top..& what not to speak about. Looked as if its some college canteen.:P Pathetic--no sign of professionalism.

He asked for the puk2 code. The cc guy said they only have puk code and no puk2. He gave nodal officer no. & said they will give it. Bro calls nodal no., a lady picks up the phone & says yes you can get the puk2 code. :) Sigh of relief...but only until this...

She asked if she can have a word with a cc guy there, bro hands over his phone to the cc guy...they had a chat..she told bro that the cc guy has to email regarding the issue & that the puk2 will be received via sms within 4-5hrs. :bangin:

Bro told the cc guy to do it. He in return says, she should mail to the higher authorities and not me. . again?:wtf:

Bro once again dials same no. Another lady on the line this time. She says there isnt any puk2 code. Bro says, he just had a word with a lady & that there is a puk2 code. You just need to mail the request. She says, i dont know. We only got puk. Bro bashes her like anything ...she says sorry. Bro hangs off the phone.

Last time bro dials the same no., a guy answers the call, bro explains him all a-z. The guy says, except the puk code, all the codes are handset related & asks him the handset model :facepalm: & aks bro to visit nokia center Bro kicks his ass badly on the phone...

Finally, bro shouts at the cc guy in the gallery & turns everybody's attention...

for the last time he asks for the puk2 code or any help for that. But in return the idiots brainless creatures kept saying the same :blabla:

Bro had enough...

In front of everybody, bro calls vodafone from his vodafone no., turns on the speaker, asks the vodafone cc guy for all codes-pin2/puk2/puk. Cc guy,after confirming his identity, without wasting a minute, gives out the details. Bro thanks him & appreciates the help.

Same he does with his airtel no. & he gets all the info instantly.

Finally, bro firing on all docomo cc guys ...:2guns:now this is where you @ssholes stand....Useless, illiterates & pathetic idiots... f**k with your ill-treating services & hell with your co.:chair:

Threatens them that now he will advice all his docomo friends & colleagues to ship to some better network...who offer true services.:devil:

Cc people were speechless..& why not..what the hell they will say on this???:death:

Every customer there was stunned......

bro bangs the door & makes a huge exit......

He returns home, dials me & explained the detailed scenario...

I'm very much proud of him. Anybody would had done the same.:hap2:
