Unable to Install TATA Photon+ Modem

I recently purchased TATA Photon+ which cam with the new Huawei E1261 modems. Now when I try to install it on my DELL Latitude 630 , the installation completes but drivers are not correctly installed.

It works on my HP laptop but not on DELL. Can someone link me to a specific driver for Windows XP. After installation the USB MODEM shows up under the COM port tab in the Device Manage page which is also weird i think.

Any ideas ?

Problem Solved ! Getting 400kbps ~ 1.5 Mbps depending of time of day.

You have to plug the modem in and then start your PC, or plug in and restart.

Just stating to help some1 facing the same problem.
