unable to install windows 7 in my new laptop with dos

the error code relates to bad installation media according to some techies. Is this a downloaded genuine version or ahem version ?. If you have burnt the ISO file check MD5 checksum of the ISO file you downloaded with the one stated in the site from where you downloaded. If both of them match then the issue is somewhere. In BIOS settings what is the SATA mode ?. IDE or AHCI ?. You have to be more clear pal...
 
i tried to boot from usb but then the start up page shows boot mgr missing and press cti+alt+ delet

You need to make the USB drive bootable. Just Google it out, there are tons of how to's. you should be able to install it in a jiffy.
