Not able to give/receive iTrust feedbacck

The buyer was not able to give me the feedback. When I tried giving feedback to another user(for same thread)the same error came up.

I have attached the screenshot below.

This is a known bug and will not be fixed any time soon. Please do a search before creating a thread next time, this has been mentioned many times by other mods and there is a thread just two below this one
