unable to open a few trackers

hey folks,

i'm unable to open BTN, Digitalhive and HDME.eu

using mtnl triband, also tried removing mtnl dns frm the router and entering google or open dns, no joy, sites open from proxy, system scanned and clean, dunno whats happening..

Certain sites ban only certain isp's like HDBits.org has banned only BSNL

I can open Digital Hive but i am having trouble opening Pass The Popcorn on MTNL...
