Unable to register or create MTNL Dolphin account online

I was trying to create account for my MTNL Dolphin number on mtnl website but its asking for some Account ID along with Phone number.

Here's their PDF Link which describes all steps to create an account.

On the link you can see there are two types of account creating techniques:

Create Sign in and Personal User Registration.

Clicking on Create Sign in opens this page

Now whats this Account ID?? I have my phone no. but got no idea about any account id.

Then, in Personal User Registration, you stuck at

In Post office section it doesnt recognize any numerical pin code nor any area name even though it searches/ populates one.
So due to this as well no way of proceeding further.

When contacted their CC at 1503 or 9869012345 they are unaware of any such account creation on their website.

I hope mtnl dolphin users here must be aware of this system so kindly please help.

in your bill there is a account no right on top with all other details. that is what you have to enter. how were you paying your bills. when you pay by cheque you have to write that account number. ask the CC what your account no is if you dont have a bill
