Unable to transfer music into iPod!!!

Hi folks ,my bro has a 30 GB ipod classic.He just called me and said that hes not able to copy songs thru itunes to ipod.At max he can copy 30 songs after that he gets a message"Do not disconnect ,trying to synchronize" and the system freezes.He tried copying data to the ipod and it works absolutely fine.He tired formatting it and upgrading the firmware still no go..Tried updating itunes still nogo.Can some on help me out on this:huh:

hmm, uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it.. Maybe fault in iTunes only... (giving you this suggestion as you said, you only UPDATED itunes..)

Try using Winamp's iPod sync.

OP download latest Itunes. Format ipod update to latest firmware. Then download SharePod and do whatever u wanted to do but could never do it with itunes. There is floola as well.
