I think ViewSonic have a very good support system, you just call them and somebody gets in touch with you within 1 day to troubleshoot your issue

i do not think so it has a HDMI port .. Its just DVI ..

It doesn't have an HDMI input, only D-Sub and DVI-D. It's mentioned in the specifications under VIDEO INPUT.
