Only 2 DIMM Slots ? Yes.!! and so close to the CPU Socket. Also notice that This motherboard doesn't have any fan mounting holes. So It has to be LN2 only.

CBAT Switch is used to drain the power of the whole motherboard. Its so powerful that you have to remove and put back the 24pin ATX power cable to power the motherboard back again. OC connect is useful during LN2 sessions when you might need to put something or BIOS update.

OC PEG is used if you put in more than 2 graphics cards as a supplementary power to the PCI E lanes so that the multi graphics is stable
