Unlimited Internet Plan

Hey guys, after being fed up from my crappy MTNL broadband which used to work intermittently, i am on the look out for an unlimited internet plan. I am inclined towards the mtnl 1650 unlimited 3g plan and the reliance unlimited 3g at 999. Have heard that both of these offends do not have an FUP.

Any insights on this would be appreciated as i desperately need to access Internet.
