Unlocking BB 8830,8703e

Do any one have any idea how to unlock verizion BB 8703e and/or 8830e for using Reliance network.
These 2 phns have been brought by my brother from US.Yesterday I saw a person using the same in Delhi Metro with Verizion Logo (U.S. Carrier).I asked him & he said that he has brought frm the market and the only thing missing was he cannot use BIS on his BB.
Although all the functions of BB are through BB but still It wld be a great help to me if those 2 phn can be of my use.
Plzz if anyone know the solution or someone who is using the same plzz reply..
I Know what I have to do but I want solution that is tested to prevent from unbricking the phns...
P.S. 8830World edition is unlocked for GSM services.

he neither reply to his text or picks up phn...??
If I am not wrong he`s the one from rim web forum ???
I guess when ppl have solutions they won`t mind charging it..??
Well I am ready to pay upto certain limit.
 
Buy the unlock code from eBay. I have personally unlocked many BB's and they work perfect. The BB servers themselves recognize it as unlocked.
 
Here I am talking of CDma,,,
The unlocking codes work for GSM.GSM are much simpler to unlock....
In cdma its not unlocking, its rather cloning .
