Unlocking iPhone 3GS in Bangalore

One of my friends is getting an iPhone 3GS from US and wants to get it unlocked in Bangalore. Please suggest where can he get it done and approximate cost (if possible).
I suggested him to check the National Market near Majestic. Any other options ??
 
it's not that hard, you can do it for him. Just check a few videos on Youtube..

If he still wants to get it done by somebody else, then National Market is his best option.
