Right.. so i'm here in sunny Barcelona for MWC and have been checking out all the cool stuff here :P

Nokia - zilch.. nothing at all , bad press event

Samsung - OMG ! The Galaxy S2 is HOT !!! Neat stuff , don't really like the tablet though.

SE - The Arc is cool... the Play is interesting but probably not for me. Neo is a good mid range device for everyone.

HTC , LG - No events yet.

You lucky bastid you... in MWC location itself!

BTW does it not start like, "tomorrow" India time? Or is it some preliminary press events and stuff?

Any MS/WP7 OTA/firmware update news yet?

No word on Bada as for now. Heading to ZTE , Viewsonic and then Intel's press conferences today. Interested in the MeeGo announcements. Lets see how it goes.

Seems the SE Xperia Play was revealed as well. No news on that Dhruv?
SE Xperia Play somehow doesn't seem like a good idea. If the slide out was instead a keyboard with the gamepad integrated then it would really be welcome.
The extra bulk otherwise is just fugly for general use (where it wont be used) :P

Bulk? YGTBKM! Where else do you think you can cramp all the inputs for the controls for this device?

im not saying that.

im saying, if the slide out also had the keyboard..as in, a keyboard with these buttons integrated then with would really serve a purpose in general usage too.

If you consider this as a PSP with mobility feature = Win

But that is not the case. The slide out otherwise is just a physical part which one will not use actually for phone/general purposes making it a bulk for anything other than gaming.

XPeria Play is okay.. not THAT great. Tbh its outdated at launch. Running a last gen snapdragon proc. whereas everyone is moving to Dual Core tech.

At Intel's MeeGo event right now... VERY promising stuff. I'm really looking forward to Medfield devices.

Have a meeting with Steve Balmer today evening... any questions , fire away. Serious questions only !

Good luck Dhruv. Take lots of pictures so we can all see (at a Delhi meet) :)

You opinion on MeeGo? I went through whatever Engadget and AnadTech had to say, and it sure looks a little too less, a little too late.

The LG Optimus 3D is something that has caught my eye and fancy. Lets see when it comes out. Looks to be quite polished in the demo videos.

I liked LG Optmius 3D primarily because of OMAP4 and *gasp* 4GB DDR memory. Like whoa. And dual cameras for 3D recording at 720p is also nice. Battery life could've been better. What I don't get is why all these handsets aren't shifting to qHD resolution and sticking to WVGA instead.

Was at front row in the Windows event :P Okay before you shoot me... have to say that the March update is going to really step up the Microsoft game. I really liked what i saw. Optimus 3D good hardware quality.. nice phone. Need more hands on time to see what special stuff it brings to the table. 3D for me is just a gimmick.

OP,

checked the above videos, didn't you feel the response of tablet is somewhat slow?

what are the specs for processor and graphics?
