Honestly, there is no point in upgrading that CPU. There is very low performance difference between 2nd and 3rd gen chip and 3rd and 4th gen chip. the extre bit of performance you will get with a 4th gen i5 is not at all justified by the cost of motherboard upgrade involved. So, I would strongly suggest to keep everything as it is and just get a new graphic card. I would recommend Sapphire Dual-X R9 280X 3 GB OC available for 23,800. Keep rest of the money for future upgrades :)
