Forum Feedback Upgrade complete

Hello,
We have just completed all the software upgrades. Please note that there were not any feature upgrades(oh well apart from two small ones). We will come up with something new next week

As for whats new... you have now Exclude Forums from "Get New Posts" option added to usercp (find at usercp->edit options->scroll to bottom)
Plus we have added support for sticky threads to be shown as separate from main threads so that they are clearly seen.

the major focus this time around was to optimize the site so that it can take on heavy loads. We are already on a top end hosting plan. With this upgrade and optimization hopefully the site will be faster and will load the server much less even with high traffic.

Some things that were done
1) upgraded vbulletin to latest version
2) upgraded portal software and added caching
3) server optimization to start script caching and faster rewrites via vbseo
4) faster loading for guests(see site as guests to know whats changed ) TE must be a tad faster for all imo

Also why we had to do it at heavy traffic time... well frankly te is always under heavy traffic so whatever time we choose will impact someone. Night time although witnesses huge traffic but since we wanted to prevent any more loading i had to do it without much of a notice.
Anyway we will come with something cool real soon. its in the process..

well no need to be sarcastic about it. we don't get anything by doing this and we have jobs and life too.

rushing through and doing something thats half complete isn't the way we do things.
