PC Peripherals Upgrade for a new RIG!!

Hey guys its been a long time since i've visited TE, i've been outa touch from computer hardware, so i have no idea whats new in the market and how much is it worth, anyways need a decent config for my friend

Basic purpose for the PC is browsing and music, on and off work on Photoshop and Coraldraw.

Budget is 15k
no monitor needed
just a CPU/Mobo,RAM,PSU,HDD,if a gfx card can fit that would be awsome.....

once again no gaming rig

I warn you not to buy Biostar Products as warranty claiming could be a problem

Gigabyte G31M ES2L Motherboard ~2.3k
Intel E5200 Processor ~3k
Transcend 2x2GB 800Mhz RAM
Seagate 7200.12 500GB Single Platter HDD for performance/ WD green/blue for a bit of extra peace of mind.
Zebronics 350W PSU
Ati HD 4670 GPU ~4k

^All purpose low-cost rig. that should be about ~15k

If you can do w/o a GPU/sacrifice on something else like the RAM, go with a AMD x2 240 + Biostar 785 based setup like suggested above. Like the above post too, unfortunately, i don't recommend the lower end biostar boards either.

Off topic(N/A to TS):- Please do not quote this post and give me the upgrade path BS, spare me the trouble and just make your own suggestion if you think you can do better.

AMD PhenomII 550BE - 5.2k
Biostar 785GE - 3.2k
Transcend RAM 2*2GB DDRII 800 - 3k
Seagate 500GB 7200.12 HDD - 2.5k
Zebronics Pro 350w - 1.5 k
Total- 15.4k approx
As you do not need it for gaming i suggest you go for a powerful processor as you use Photoshop and CorelDraw. If you get the correct batch no. of the proccy(0922APMW) you can even try and unlock your processor into a quad core solution. :) The LGA-775 sockets are EOL and the core i-5 have already been launched. So better stick to a AMD solution.

@UDIT: Why against Biostar, do they have high faliure rate? Why a 3k PSU for a 15k rig?

why in the world would a guy with a 15k budget spend more than 1k or so on the cabby. in case he had a 5k budget on the cabby it would any way make sense to go in for 18k+ on the CPU and the remaining on the cabby.
