@delhiuser welcome to TE and hope you have a pleasant stay.

For your RIG this is what I suggest --

Intel Core i3 2120 ~6500/-
GIGABYTE-B75M-D3H ~4500/- (from flipkart.com)
Corsair ValueRAM 2GB x2 ~1400/-
Corsair CX v2430W ~2700/- (from flipkart.com, try to find if the same is in stock in Nehru Place if it is, should be ~200/- quid cheaper) avoid the Corsair VS450W at all costs
local cabinet minus SMPS ~1000/-
this leaves you with less than ~1000/- quid for a graphics card, if possible wait for a couple of months before buying a decent entry level card like the HD6770 ~6000/- OR HD6670 ~5500/-.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!

^^ Thanks. Now. I know why u suggested CX v2430. But, I'm worried as VS450 given in as replacement during RMA. As a result I'm looking for other PSU such as Antec.

If you can get Antec go for the VP450, though I have no idea on its availability in Nehru Place.

I doubt you will be given a VS450W in lieu of a faulty CX v2430W, the latter is a much better SMPS than the VS.

Lots of Thanks ALPHA17.

I've 1 80GB PATA HDD (ide) in my old PC but there is no connector available for the same in newer mobo (eg. GA-B75M-D3H). Is there any external case or something like that available in market so I can use it as external drive?

Yes you can get an external casing to convert the PATA drive into an external drive. Decent quality cases from Zippy's start for ~250/-.
