NFS, GTA 4 and 5, Hitman Absolution, Metro, Watch Dogs Battlefield as well as some upcoming games.

Gaming - 1280x720 (1080p if possible)
Desktop - 1440x900

Please suggest a good configuration which can play upcoming games and can last at-least 2-3 years.
