Car & Bike Upgrading Fazer

Im Special, gREen.

After decided to wait and go with cruze.
Now wanted to upgrade my Fazer.
Any suggestions are most welcome'd.

Things to Upgrade:
Mostly cosmetic and some performance.

Things considered:
1.New Rear tyre.
2.Some body painting. kinda look like unique.
3.HID or any doom setup with blue/red lights.
4. any other mods/suggestions from bike geeks.
5.suggest airfilter for better performance as you know fazer lacks performance bcoz the overall/fairing weight.

Location:
Bangalore is okay with me. btw, never done any modding in b'lore.
so where can i find the best place to do so. and if you have any idea how much for price, that gives me some idea.

hows the sound with k&n and whats the performance upgrade. and whats will be the price.
For performance kit, does it compatible with fazer.

and never heard that hid is banned.
 
^^ Well Oil filters tends to be quieter and have better "performance" improvements, the kit has loads of components exhaust will be changed (similar to r15) and loads of other components.

Yes it is fazer compatible, The last I heard , it is about 25k :|
