- Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB(8GBx2) 1600MHz - 6600,
Graphics Card
- Zotac GTX970 4GB OC - 26000,
SSD
- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB - 8000,
PSU
- Antec VP500PC - 3300.

Total - 69,900.
 
GPU :- Nvidia Inno3D 970 4GB DDR5
Processor:- Core i7
RAM:- Zion Xtreme 8GB DDR3
HDD:- The one that you have is good enough however add a SSD 128GB
Motherboard:- Biostar Z97
PSU:- Antec VP-650

Total:- should not cost more than 75,000

However its for extreme gaming and you can do everything else lagfree.

I haven't seen the Xeon E3 priced like that [or probably thinking of a different processor]. Can you tell me which store has that item at that price? Also the rest of the build is solid, and I would highly agree that if you have 70k to burn [give or take], this should set you off quite well for the foreseeable future without many issues.
 
Biostar, Zion and Antec. Are you from Abacus Peripherals?
I got in contact with them through a gaming event in Mumbai, bought myself a gaming rig...Achilles.
They 1st suggested ZEUS Hercules but I had budget constrains hence had to go for Archilles.
Archilles is working good enough for me.
